Until then you will have to let us manage your property, give it on rent to people above 55 years of age.

Trust will collect the rent and after deducting the maintenance cost, rest of the amount will be deposited in your bank account. This is mainly because we want to maintain the identity of Comfort and Retirement Homes - a small price for the comforts that you would get when you need.
